Borderlands 2, from what I've played, is an awesome game! They really improved the combat it is way more intense than it used to be.

In Borderlands 1 the enemies would sit there and shoot you, maybe hide behind some cover, maybe charge right at you, you know what we expected from computer AI's in videogames. In Borderlands 2 however the enemies decide to jump to the side when you are aiming at them, the Rakks that would circle in the sky and dive bomb you now move in serpentine type patterns all completly random to throw you off gaurd. If you are sniping somebody they'll notice you eventually if you wait too long to take the shot, In borderlands 1 there was a very dismal display of this. There are more varieties of enemies. The knew things called "Loaders" are particularly a pain in the ass; There is the "Gun Loader" which throws grenades and shoots at you, there is also the "Bull Loader" that charges at you and knocks you back, the "Exp Loader" That is a mobile proximity mine. The "Badass Loader" is a really big "Gun Loader" with immense firepower. There are "Surveyors" as well. They are little flying robots that watch over the battlefeild occasionally interacting when they are needed. There is the "Repair Surveyor" that repairs damaged "Loaders" and a "Sheild Surveyor" that will produce a quick recharging sheild on the loaders it chooses to help out. The ultimate pain in the but is the "Constructor" which, as you can tell by the name,  creates all of these units on site. So not only do you have to worry about it's attacks you have to worry about all the other enemies it is producing. Of course you can just use a Constructor as a Expereince Point farming device but it is rarely a good idea. So as I was saying the combat has intensified. The guns have better names that actually make sense. The game has more of the funny jokes that we have come to know, love, and expect from Borderlands 1.
